Very yummy and filling but low cal and full if fibre!

Ingredients

pancake batter

  • half a banana
  • 23g plain flour
  • 33ml soya milk
  • egg white from 1 egg

serve with

  • soya yoghurt (alpro)

for frying

  • rapeseed oil

Method

  1. Mix the egg white and flour in a bowl.
  2. Mash the banana then mix in with egg and flour.
  3. Add milk in periodic stages, mixing in between. (Add more if you need it)
  4. Pour a teaspoon of rapeseed oil on a smallish pan then pour in n half the mixture.
  5. Fry on both sides until it goes a creamy brown colour. Then serve with yoghurt!
