- a thick slice baguette
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 ripe tomato
- good-quality sardines, from a can
- rocket
Method
- STEP 1
Toast a thick slice of baguette. Cut the garlic clove in half and rub the cut side over the surface.
- STEP 2
Halve the tomato and squeeze and rub the flesh over the bread.
- STEP 3
Top with the sardines and rocket.
