Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp groundnut oil
  • 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 100g spring onions, trimmed and sliced, diagonally
  • 200g sugar snaps, halved , diagonally
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and sliced
  • 1 medium red chilli, deseeded and finely sliced
  • 2 tbsps teriyaki marinade
  • 1 tbsp clear honey

Method

  • STEP 1
    Heat oil in a wok and fry until turning brown
  • STEP 2
    Add spring onions and sugar snaps, cover and cook over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes
  • STEP 3
    Add garlic and chilli, stir constantly
  • STEP 4
    Raise the heat and add teriyaki and honey
  • STEP 5
    Stir and cook until it reduces and coats the chicken, add water if necessary.
  • STEP 6
    Serve with noodles or rice
  • STEP 7
    per serving: 221 kcals, 5.4g fat, of which 1.1g saturated fat
