Teriyaki chicken stir fry

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp groundnut oil
- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 100g spring onions, trimmed and sliced, diagonally
- 200g sugar snaps, halved , diagonally
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and sliced
- 1 medium red chilli, deseeded and finely sliced
- 2 tbsps teriyaki marinade
- 1 tbsp clear honey
Method
- STEP 1Heat oil in a wok and fry until turning brown
- STEP 2Add spring onions and sugar snaps, cover and cook over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes
- STEP 3Add garlic and chilli, stir constantly
- STEP 4Raise the heat and add teriyaki and honey
- STEP 5Stir and cook until it reduces and coats the chicken, add water if necessary.
- STEP 6Serve with noodles or rice
