Swede mash
A simple side dish that makes the most of this unglamorous but great veg

Ready in 30 minutesVegetarian
- Simmer the swede until tender and drain well. Tip into a food processor and whizz with a knob of butter and enough cream to make a smooth mash.
- Season really well and serve.
