I don't agree that this soup can be frozen. It didn't taste very nice afterwards.

Really easy and quick to make. Didn't have any fresh coriander but is still yummy without.

This went down really well with my Husband and 2 year old daughter! They both cleaned their bowls and wanted more. My daughters exact words were "nummy, nummy" (yummy yummy lol).

Fantastic soup, my husband's favourite. I hate coriander so make it for myself without it.

Really easy to make (I was multi-tasking and making two soups at the one time! using the same (home-made stock). Both turned out very well - to the delight of my well fed husband.

This soup is really easy to make, and tastes delicious. There was just enough for my fella to take to work in his flask the next day aswell, and it was a really chilly morning that morning, so as he works outside it should warm him up a treat.
I will definitely be making it again. Recommended to all:O)

Made this soup. Fantastic. Only just started to make soup and this was so easy and very tasty. All the family liked it. I didn't add the fresh coriander but it did not affect the soup at all. Will definetly do this again!!!

This soup is now a firm family favourite with us. I have made it many times and it never fails. I also use my beloved stick blender and blend everything right there in the pot. Yummy soup!

I have made this several times now and even made it in my slow cooker for when we came in at night
I now add 2 celery sticks chopped
At the end I fry the crushed coriander and a celery stick chopped fine, with the tops in a little butter and then add it at the end of cooking. Topped with a few coriander leaves

Carrot & Coriander soup has always been a firm favourite in our house, although when I make it, I don't add onion. A pinch of powered garlic & sea salt really add to the flavour though. Also the very best stock you can find should be used, I love using Polish soup stocks that are so readily available these days.

Made this today with loads of left over carrots and it was delicious! Didn't have any fresh coriander but it still tasted yummy. Goes great with some home made warm bread too!
