  Yummy! I halved the recipe, used half a grilled chicken and added a chopped tomato. Had it with noodles, lovely and fast!

  A nice meal for a quick and low-fat dish. I added tomato as per Tora (top idea) and cashew nuts to the above which work very well. I also didn't steam the broccoli before mixing it in to the shallots etc but placed it on top of the shallots, chilli and garlic with a cover to sweat them until just cooked. Worked very well even if I do say so myself :)

  I felt this was just a little bit bland and would have benfitted from more sauce, next time I think I'd make a dressing with the soy instead of warming it.

  Waaaaaaaaaaay too salty! could not finish it.. would only use a third of the soya sauce next time.. besides that it was yummi :)

  Yummy! I had it with warm noodles. Sweated the broccoli as suggested by Mr P. And when it came to the sauce I heated the soy and then added to some runny honey before mixing in. The sweetness with the salty soy made it a bit more interesting :)

  This was nice. I left the olives out because adding them looked WEIRD! I also added some fine beans to the mix to increase the veg content and added some corriander. I agree that bubbling the soy sauce away made it a bit dry so I added some more soy at the end along with a squeeze of lime and a teaspoon of honey which made a really nice dressing mixed with all the shallot, garlic and chilli. If you were serving it cold I think a handfull of cucumber sticks mixed in would be nice.

  As I'm a Coeliac, I used gluten free soy sauce and served it warm with rice noodles which I think worked really well. Didn't find it dry at all. Lovely!

  Quick, cheap and really tasty. I served this hot with noodles and replaced the olives with mushrooms due to personal preference.I was very impressed! A perfect weekday meal.

  My comment didnt work the first time - so I have only just joined this site today and this was my first recipe, only put in 2 tblsps of soy and added 2 teaspoons of sesame seeds and my children even finished their plates to my amazement - success !!!!

  i missed out the chicken anf used a grilled salmon fillet on top instead, plus i replaced the olives with peas, to get over the dryness i added vegetable stock. yummy!
