Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp. pure ground almonds
  • 2 tbsp. oatmeal
  • 2 tbsp. light tahini paste
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. honey (preferably orange honey)
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla essence
  • 3 tbsp. roasted sesame seeds

Method

  • STEP 1
    Mix all ingredients together, except the sesame seeds.
  • STEP 2
    It should be like a firm dough, If soft add more ground almonds.
  • STEP 3
    Shape into small balls and coat with sesame seeds
  • STEP 4
    Freeze or refrigerate
