Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together, except the sesame seeds.
  2. It should be like a firm dough, If soft add more ground almonds.
  3. Shape into small balls and coat with sesame seeds
  4. Freeze or refrigerate

  • 2 tbsp. oatmeal
  • 2 tbsp. light tahini paste
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. honey (preferably orange honey)
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla essence
  • 3 tbsp. roasted sesame seeds
