Ingredients
- 5 tbsp. pure ground almonds
- 2 tbsp. oatmeal
- 2 tbsp. light tahini paste
- 1 1/2 tbsp. honey (preferably orange honey)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla essence
- 3 tbsp. roasted sesame seeds
Method
- STEP 1Mix all ingredients together, except the sesame seeds.
- STEP 2It should be like a firm dough, If soft add more ground almonds.
- STEP 3Shape into small balls and coat with sesame seeds
- STEP 4Freeze or refrigerate
