this is a favourite of mine really quick, easy to make but tasty and attractive enough for a dinner party as well as a quick and easy meal works well with chicken instead of prawns too

Really enjoyed this and very easy to make. I added some baby sweetcorn as well. Found the 2 tbsp of chilli sauce a little lot so would use 1 or 11/2 next time.

easy and tastes so good. have put chicken in and used strips of steak instead of prawn for a change. I always cook extra noodles and freeze then for the next time. Just put the frozen noodles in hot water to thaw out!!
