Chocolate pudding
A scrumptious chocolate pudding that is easy, speedy and irresistible

- Heat the oven to 180C/fan 160C/gas 4. Cream the butter and sugar together, add the flour, cocoa and egg. Pour into 4 small buttered moulds or ramekins about 200ml. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until risen. Lift out of the moulds, top with ice cream and dust with cocoa.
Know-how
Dutched cocoa is less acidic than normal (check the packaging) and often gives more of a rise in baking.
