I've just had this for lunch. Delicious. I've had chicken with watermelon, strawberries and fennel before but wasn't sure about smoked salmon and strawberries. Need not have worried, was great

Fantastic salad! It's one of the most odd.. and delicious things I've eaten in a looong time! What a great combination of sweetness, saltiness and all sorts of texture! Number one on my my summer food list :)

This is first rate - I always return to this recipe for a simple, stylish and tasty salad. Tonight I am also adding broad beans fresh from the garden.
