Ingredients

  • 8 king scallops
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves sliced
  • 3 ancovies drained and chopped
  • 1tbsp capers
  • 1 1/2 tbsp flat leaf parsley chopped
  • 2 tbsp lemopn juice

Method

  • STEP 1
    heat oil and lightly sautee garlic 30 sec-add acovies and cook for a further 45 sec
  • STEP 2
    add capers and lemon juice and take off the heat
  • STEP 3
    in a really hot frying pan add dried scallops and cook 1 min each side
  • STEP 4
    drizzle with capers and achovies
