Method

  1. Scoop the pulp of the passion fruits into a blender and add the banana, mango and orange juice. Purée until smooth and drink immediately, topped with ice cubes.

    Tastes really nice but beware the passion fruit seeds! I used frozen mango so left out the ice cubes which makes it quite gloopy, so added more orange juice and it was sorted - will make again.
