I made these for my daughter's birthday party( she's 4) . I melted the chocolate and let the kids dip them and decorate them. They loved it. I did dip the top of the sticks in the chocolate, and put on the marshmallow ahead of time as well, to make sure it would stay on when they rolled it in the chocolate. Lovely!

Do you set these in the fridge? How long for?

Hi there, thanks for your question, these marshmallows will set at room temperature, exact timings will vary depending on how warm the room is but it should take about an hour.
