Great recipe. I added some chilli and ginger for extra kick and a few other vegetables I had around. I also tried using diced beef instead of the chicken and it worked wonderfully.

Excellent, quick, easy and very tasty. I added a little more Garlic and Ginger for a kick... Might try next time with a chilli too.

Great if you have left-over meat from roast chicken, etc. or just add more veg.
