Tried this with spinach in the sandwich instead of cranberry sauce and it was still delicious!

This is one of the nicest things Ive eaten over Christmas, it made a change from turkey. I used brie which was lovely. I could eat this everyday!

Cor! You couldn't keep the pounds off if you at this too often but lovely comfort food. Would be great after too many bevvies the night before. I used brie instead of camembert and red onion marmalade that I made a while ago (recipe also on this wonderful site). It looked just like the picture.
Lovely sarnie.

A really tasty (if not very healthy!) lunch: I didn't have any cranberry sauce so substituted tomato chutney - delicious!

I could eat these every day. I liked the brie too; I also tried a variation using honey and thyme. Yum!

I use brie instead of camembert sometimes, it's just as delicious!
