And this came up under my search for 'healthy breakfasts'! At 694 calories I don't think it will help with weightloss!

But it does seem huge, maybe I could make it and divide into three days? Or make double and have it for five days?

Its the nuts that give you the high calorie count, but they are healthy monosaturates. I think I would just use as many as you think you need. It would be good to make your own yogurt

That can't be right - who would eat 3 tbsp of nuts on one portion of yoghurt?!

I wonder if the recipe is for more than one serving ... that's a very large portion! Even so, the cal count seems too high for the recipe unless you go for super high fat Greek yoghurt or similar.
