Cheesy creme fraiche Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 500 grams of mushrooms, chopped finely
- 3 large cloves of garlic, crushed
- 200 grams of St Agur blue cheese
- 3 tablespoons of thick Creme Fraiche (Insigny sur Mere)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 50 grams of salted butter
Method
- STEP 1warm a saucepan on a medium heat
- STEP 2add the butter and wait until it foams but not browns
- STEP 3add the chopped mushrooms and stir fry for 2 minutes
- STEP 4add the chopped garlic to the pan and cook for a further 2 minutes
- STEP 5add the St Agur and creme fraiche and stir in until the cheese melts
- STEP 6add salt and pepper to taste
