Ingredients

  • 3 Chicken Breasts with skin
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 onion fried brown
  • 1 green chilly.
  • 1 sprig corainder leaves
  • 1 tea spoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 tea spoon garam masala
  • 1 medium egg
  • 1 tea spoon bread crumbs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil
  • wooden skewers

Method

  • STEP 1
    De skin the chicken but add some of the skin with the other ingredients and blend in the food processer. It should look like minced meat.
  • STEP 2
    Roll them on wooden skewers and set aside for some time.
  • STEP 3
    Heat oil in a wok and deep fry them after removing from the skewers
  • STEP 4
    Or Place the skewers in the preheated oven for 15 minutes turning sides at it cooks.
  • STEP 5
    Serve with mint chutney.
