Ingredients
- 1 whole egg -whisked
- 150 gr double cream
- 70 gr milk
- 150 gr dark chocolate (min 70%)
- crushed walnuts to serve
Method
- STEP 1heat cream and milk and bring to boil
- STEP 2add to whisked egg and stir
- STEP 3add broken up chocolate and stir whilst it melts
- STEP 4let set in fridge for at least 6 hrs in serving bowls to be used
- STEP 5garnish with crushed walnuts and serve out
