Ingredients

  • 1 whole egg -whisked
  • 150 gr double cream
  • 70 gr milk
  • 150 gr dark chocolate (min 70%)
  • crushed walnuts to serve

Method

  • STEP 1
    heat cream and milk and bring to boil
  • STEP 2
    add to whisked egg and stir
  • STEP 3
    add broken up chocolate and stir whilst it melts
  • STEP 4
    let set in fridge for at least 6 hrs in serving bowls to be used
  • STEP 5
    garnish with crushed walnuts and serve out
