Ingredients
- 50g Butter (unsalted)
- 1Kg Brown Onions (sliced)
- 1 Garlic Clove (chopped)
- 200ml White Wine (dry)
- 1.4l Chicken Stock
Method
- STEP 1Heat the butter in a large pan. Gently cook the onion until softened but not browned. Add the Garlic.
- STEP 2Increase the heat slightly and add the wine. Simmer for 3 - 4 mins then add the stock and bring to the boil.
- STEP 3Season and simmer for 10 mins.
- STEP 4Enjoy.
