Really easy to make and it tastes fantastic. I used it to coat chicken and ribs and my husband used it as a dip for his Doritos! As I had blended it I put some fromage frais through it and made it into a smoother dip and it was delicious!

Used red wine vinegar (didn't have malt) and added a red chilli and 2cm piece of ginger and it was very nice.

This was yummy. Didnt have any worcester sauce so used soy sauce, we really like spicy food so added a red scotch bonnet chilli. Will definately use this again.

Way way way too sweet for my taste. I think half the sugar would be more than enough. I the juice of a whole lime and some more vinegar, and still found it too sweet. Aside from that, though it's a great sauce. I added smoked paprika!
