Made these today and they were lovely! Very moreish. I used wholewheat pitta bread, chilli flakes, lime zest and a little sea salt at the end. Very, very good and easy to do. Will be something I make often.

How long do these last after cooking? Would it be ok to prepare a day or two in advance? x

great but i think i didnt zest the lime fine enough so the taste of life was very strong. going to try making lemon and chilli flake. try basting the pitta bread before ripped off, saves time!

very easy and look fab... didnt particularly like the lime but they were great as a snack.. especially with salt and the 4 dips.
