Ingredients

  • 500gm Chicken with bone
  • 250gms White onion
  • 100gm tomatoes
  • 1 green capsicum
  • 1 big bunch of fresh coriander leaves
  • 2tbs vegetable oil
  • 1tsp garlic paste
  • ½ tsp ginger paste
  • 2tsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tbs tomato sauce
  • 1/4tsp sugar
  • Freshly crushed ground pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Garnishing
  • 1-2 green chili(optional)
  • Coriander leaves

Method

    1. Cut onions, capsicum& tomatoes in medium cuts
    2. Heat oil in a heavy based pan
    3. Add onion & sugar. Sautee till soft
    4. Add ginger, garlic paste & cook for 1-2 minutes
    5. Add chicken, tomatoes, capsicum, fine cuts of coriander leaves & stem, sauces, salt & pepper
    6. Cover & cook on very low heat until chicken becomes soft .gravy should be thick &in blended flavored
    7. Garnish with coriander leaves & Green Chilli
    8. Serve hot
