BBQ Salmon & Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 400g can black beans, drained
- 227g can chopped tomatoes
- 1 bunch coriander, finely chopped
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- Pinch of salt
- Green salad to serve
Method
- STEP 1In a bowl combine the black beans and tomatoes
- STEP 2Stir in coriander, chilli and salt
- STEP 3Cook the salmon fillets on a barbecue or pan fry for three or four minutes each side until cooked through
- STEP 4Serve salmon with the salsa and a green salad
