Crispy fried broccoli salad

Ingredients
- 200 ml flour
- 500 ml beer
- 250 g broccoli florets
- 150 g arugula
- Half a red onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp red wine vinegar
Vegetable oil for frying
- Salt and pepper
Method
- STEP 1Mix the the flour and the beer with a fork.
- STEP 2Season. Stir well.
- STEP 3Slice the broccoli florets.
- STEP 4Rinse and dry arugula.
- STEP 5Peel and slice the onion in half rings.
- STEP 6Mix the arugula and the slides onion.
- STEP 7Whisp the olive oil and the vinegar.
- STEP 8Season and whisp again.
- STEP 9Heat oil in a skillet.
- STEP 10Dip the broccoli florets into the beer batter and fry in the skillet.
- STEP 11Whisp again the olive oil with the vinegar.
- STEP 12Add the dressing to the arugula and the onion and stir.
- STEP 13Put the salad on plates and top with 2-3 fried broccoli florets.
