Ingredients
- 2 kg tomatoes
- 2 heads garlic
- salt and pepper
Method
- STEP 1Peel and chop garlic.
- STEP 2Cut tomatoes into wedges and seed.
- STEP 3Put tomatoes and garlic into blender, season and puree.
- STEP 4Pour the tomato-garlic paste into the jar, cover the jar with airtight lid and put it into fridge.
- STEP 5Can be eaten straight away, but keeps in the fridge for up to 3 months. Enjoy!
