Salmon & Avocado Salad

Ingredients

- 100g smoked salmon, cut into bite sized pieces
- 2 middle sized vine tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 large avocado, remove stone, skin, and thinly sliced (see photo)
- 1/4 medium onion, very finely sliced
- 1/2 lemon, juiced on avocado
- Your favourite dressing, as you like
- Black pepper
Method
- STEP 1First spread the salmon pieces on a suitable plate and cover them with tomatoes, then avocado slices (dressed with lemon juice) in an attractive ring around the plate , finally place the very finely sliced onions in the middle part covering the other ingredients. Season with black pepper and your choice of salad dressing - Enjoy!
