Walnut and Roquefort Cake

- 3 eggs
- 150g SR flour
- 100ml walnut oil / olive oil
- 125ml milk
- 100g grated cheese
150g roquefort, chopped
- 50g walnuts, chopped
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 pinches black pepper
Method
step 1
Preheat oven to 180C - Gas 6step 2
Beat together eggs, flourstep 3
Incorporate oil and milk a little at a timestep 4
Add Roquefort, walnut and grated cheese.step 5
Season with salt and pepper, be aware Roquefort is a salty cheese.step 6
Put in loaf tin - no need to grease if non-stickstep 7
Bake 45 minutesstep 8
Serve sliced
