Vodka & cranberry blush

A sophisticated dinner party cocktail with a crisp cranberry kick

Method

  1. Pour the vodka and Cointreau into a jug, then add the cranberry juice and orange juice. Stir well.
  2. Pare strips of peel from 2-3 limes. Fill 12 glasses with the crushed ice, then pour over the cocktail. Finish each glass with a strip of lime peel.

    This is a really simple recipe and tasts fantastic. Great one for a girls get together. Probably the only drawback is its tastes so good you can go on drinking it all night.

    me and the girls loved this drink, went down a bit too easy, wouln't advise drinking it without the crushed though (if you do it's guarantee for a hangover i've learn't my lesson)but would reccommend it.

    great drink for a party! Easy to make and is ready in no time. I've served this for Birthdays and Christmas parties and its gone down well every time! As someone else has said, the crushed ice is really a must. I did try it with some bubbly which turned out to be quite potent!
