Correction - cooking with spelt
In the June issue of Good Food, the kitchen feature incorrectly states that spelt flour is suitable for gluten-free cooking. Spelt is an ancient form of wheat which contains gluten and is therefore not suitable for people who have been diagnosed with coeliac disease and unable to eat gluten. Teff, the other grain mentioned in the feature, is gluten-free. There will also be a clarification in the next issue of the magazine.
