    I'm super happy with this - a Christmas gift that was perfect for my bread baking addiction... So tired of having to flour the board, getting too much/not enough - this roller/shaker is the boss! I love the weight and the size. VERY picky/choosy about my kitchen tools, and this (3 batches of bread in 3 days) is a winner!
    I have granite counters, and I worry about knocking it over, so I just keep a folded kitchen towl nearby to rest this on when not in use. Save the box, slip it back in the box for storage to keep it safe - it is ceramic... This tool will be in my kitchen for years to come - beautifully made, and has measurements on one side. Easy to fill w/flour - the shaker holes are large enough to flour your board perfectly. I worried the holes might be too small... it's perfect in every way.
