Frozen yogurt-alternative bark

Try making this quick, simple and ridiculously delicious treat as an alternative to your usual ice cream

  • 250g Alpro® Plain No Sugars plant-based alternative to yogurt
  • 2 tbsp agave nectar, plus 1 tsp
  • 75g W.K. Kellogg Cocoa & Hazelnut No Added Sugar Granola
  • 100g raspberries
  • 50g blueberries


1.  Mix the Alpro® with the 2 tbsp of agave nectar and spread out on a lined or non-stick baking sheet that fits in your freezer.

2.  Purée half the raspberries with the remaining 1 tsp of agave nectar. Sieve the mixture, then swirl it through the Alpro®.

3.  Sprinkle over the granola, then cut the remaining raspberries in half and scatter them over along with the blueberries. Freeze for around 1 hr, then cut or break into chunks to serve.
