Place 100g pitted dates, 50g pumpkin seeds, 100g pecans, 4 tbsp cocoa, 50g oats, 2 tbsp almond butter, zest of 1 orange and three tablespoons of orange juice in a food processor. Blitz until chopped and starting to clump together. If the mixture is a bit dry, add a drop more orange juice. Roll the mixture into walnut-sized balls with lightly oiled hands. Pop two or three into a lunchbox for a snack. They will keep in a sealed container for two weeks in the fridge.
