Easy spaghetti carbonara

There are several things wrong. There is NO garlic in carbonara recipe. Simply NO. There are only these ingredients: - guanciale (pancetta/bacon acceptable as a replacement) - Romano cheese (parmesan acceptable) - eggs - black pepper Everything else is simply NO Then you are supposed to mix eggs yolks, grated cheese, pepper together
