A smooth dark chocolate mousse for those chocolate lovers out there


  • 750g double cream
  • 5 eggs + 5 egg yolks
  • 300g dark chocolate
  • 200g milk chocolate

    method: softly whip cream whisk eggs together melt chocolate and stir into eggs fold into cream
