Cheesy Coleslaw

Ingredients
- 1/2 white cabbage (roughly 400g)
- 1 large red onion
- 2 carrots peeled
- 300ml creme fraiche
- 200ml mayonaise
- 175g mature cheddar grated
- tbsp mild mustard
Method
- STEP 1Thinly slice the cabbage and onion and coarsely grate the carrots.
- STEP 2Put all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.
- STEP 3Cover and refrigerate or serve straight away.
