Ingredients

  • 1/2 white cabbage (roughly 400g)
  • 1 large red onion
  • 2 carrots peeled
  • 300ml creme fraiche
  • 200ml mayonaise
  • 175g mature cheddar grated
  • tbsp mild mustard

Method

  • STEP 1
    Thinly slice the cabbage and onion and coarsely grate the carrots.
  • STEP 2
    Put all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.
  • STEP 3
    Cover and refrigerate or serve straight away.
