Barefoot Wine Strawberry Soup

- Chill for 2 hours
- Serves 4
A refreshing fruit soup sorbet.
- 5 cups quartered strawberries, ¼ cup white sugar, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1 cup of Barefoot Moscato
- STEP 1Blend the strawberries, sugar and salt until smooth
- STEP 2Cover and chill for two hours
- STEP 3Stir in Moscato just before serving
