Ingredients

  • 1. 9 Marshmallows
  • 2. 30g Butter
  • 3. 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 4. 125g Coco Pops (or Rice Crispies)

Method

  • STEP 1
    Melt the Butter in a saucepan.
  • STEP 2
    Add the Marshmallows and cook over a low heat until melted.
  • STEP 3
    Remove from the heat before stirring in the Vanilla, and the Coco Pops.
  • STEP 4
    Using a moist spoon, press the mixture into a greased square pan or tub.
  • STEP 5
    Leave to set for 30 minutes and cut into 8 pieces.
