simple and easy soup to use from Holland nice as starter or for lunch


  • 200g diced lardon or pancetta
  • 40g butter
  • 1 onion
  • 60g flour
  • pepper
  • 1/2 liter of milk
  • 1/2 liter of water
  • 3/4 tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • 1 leek


  • STEP 1
    Chop the onion and slice the leeks super fine.
