Smocked Haddock, with fried small cut patato's.


  • A piece of Smocked Haddock
  • Potato's
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Butter
  • Olive Oil


  • STEP 1
    Coat a peice of Haddock in salt and pepper then, put haddock on Tin foil and add a slab of butter (how much you like) and wrap in tin foil.
