With plenty of chocolate and digestive biscuits, this recipe will be a great hit with all the family. I'm not sure why it is polish though...

Ingredients

  • 225g margarine
  • 2 tablespoons golden syrup
  • 4 dessert spoons drinking chocolate
  • 450 digestive biscuits
  • 350g milk chocolate

Method

  1. Melt the butter, syrup and drinking chocolate in a saucepan.

  2. Meanwhile, break the digestive biscuits, but don't crush them. Add them to the saucepan with the butter, syrup and drinking chocolate and cover the biscuits in the mixture.

  3. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of hot water.

  4. Press the digestive biscuits into a greased tin and pour over the melted chocolate.

  5. Set in the fridge.
