Gorgeous cookies. Quite sweet so next time I’m going to slightly reduce the amount and see. Nuts would be good aswell. My boys ate them all within minutes. Make a double batch. I didn’t have any bicarbonate soda so used slightly more baking powder and a nice Pinch of salt worked really well.

Everyone who tried these cookies loved them. We really enjoyed baking them but find cup measurements so tricky. Please could someone convert them into grams on here?

I loved this recipe. However, I detest cup measurements for butter and other similar ingredients. I'm a grams girl! I added sour cherries and reduced the sugar slightly. This recipe is really versatile and I look forward to using it many times.

This is a really good recipe although I don't usually work in cups! Tasted delicious although could maybe have done with slightly less sugar as the sugar, chocolate chips and vanilla altogether made the very sweet. Saying that I used milk and white chocolate chips so it may have been extra sweet because of that. I added the vanilla to the creamed butter, sugar and egg before adding the flour and oats. Will defo use this recipe again.

Any type of brown sugar also works perfectly. Doesn't say when to add vanilla extract so I put it in the end, but don't think it's strictly necessary. Tasted delicious.

Tasted good. Had to bake for an extra minute or two but this was maybe because I made the balls slightly bigger.
