Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until completely smooth. If it’s a little thick, add a drop of chilled water then blitz again. Pour into glasses and drink straight away.

I love this smoothie. The predominant taste is strawberry, you can't really taste the spinach or avocado. Have made this loads of times.

Very tasty smoothie and although a light breakfast it keeps you going longer than I would have thought. Made this now a couple of times for breakfast when I also had a workout plannedd in the morning. I personally really dislike spinach but I tried the baby spinach although I only used 50 gr per portion, perhaps next time a bit more. Couldn’t taste it at all which was great! I used avocado cubes and strawberries from the freezer which makes this recipe a whole lot cheaper and easier to make
