Just like the classic cheese dip you get with nachos while watching sports or movies, queso is a firm favourite. It gets its velvet smooth texture from Velveeta cheese, and the pickled jalapeños and Ro-Tel tomatoes give it a nice kick to balance out the creamy cheese.
