Ingredients
- 2 thick slices granary bread
- 200g pot of low-fat prawn cocktail
- ¼ iceberg lettuce iceberg lettuce, shredded
- ½ avocado, halved stoned and sliced
Method
- STEP 1
Lightly toast the bread. Spread the bread with a little of the sauce from the prawn cocktail and top with the lettuce and avocado. Finally, top with the prawn cocktail.
