Ingredients

  • 75ml Lyre's White Cane Spirit
  • 30ml lime juice, plus a slice to serve
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 8-10 mint leaves, plus a sprig to serve
  • soda water, to top up

Method

  • STEP 1

    Put all the ingredients except the soda water into a highball glass, and add a few ice cubes. Stir well until cold, then top up with the soda water. Garnish with a mint sprig and lime slice to serve.
