To serve

  • 2 tbsp Danone Skyr Plain Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon curd
  • ½ tsp poppy seeds
  • 10g pistachios
    roughly chopped, to garnish (optional)

Method

  • step 1

    Tip the oats, poppy seeds and chia seeds into a jar or container, then pour in the milk and spoon over the Danone Skyr Plain Yoghurt and lemon curd. Mix well to combine, then cover and chill overnight (or at least for a few hours).

  • step 2

    To serve, take the oats out the fridge and dollop on a tablespoon of yoghurt, a drizzle of lemon curd, some poppy seeds and pistachios, if you like.
