Ingredients
- half a white or green cabbage
- 50g sizzling butter
- finely grated zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
- a squeeze of lemon juice
Method
- STEP 1
Boil half a white or green cabbage until still slightly crisp. Toss in the sizzling butter with the lemon zest and poppy seeds. When it’s hot, finish with a squeeze of lemon juice.
