Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp verjuice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 50g pack smoked slices of duck breast
  • half bag of rocket , watercress and spinach salad
  • small bunch of seedless grapes
  • handful of toasted walnuts

Method

  • STEP 1

    Whisk together the verjuice and olive oil, then season lightly. Toss with everything else in a bowl, then serve.
