  • STEP 1

    Gently break the rice noodles up, then put them in a bowl and pour boiling water over them. Cover, then set aside for 15 minutes. Drain and cool.

  • STEP 2

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, folding them gently together. Serve immediately or chill until needed.
